Amazing Gardens provides a design and construction service and therefore we provide full project management capabilities as part of any commission. However, we appreciate that there are circumstances in which you would prefer to appoint your own contractor. In these circumstances we would be delighted to work with your contractor and to project manage the build on your behalf.

We would be delighted to provide your contractor with all the information that they need to realise the design. We will provide detailed specifications for the design including; hard and soft landscaping specifications, bill of quantities, and maintenance schedules. Where required, we will also provide detailed construction drawings and working drawings.

We will supervise the build to insure that workmanship and materials are of the highest standards – just as we would if we were to build the garden ourselves. We will also act on your behalf to manage the contractor with respect to timescales and budgets and we will keep you fully informed of progress.

The fee for project management is usually charged as a percentage of the final cost for the build.
